Overall, mainly teenagers boy from age 15 to 24 were more active whereas the age increased women are more indulged in exercise regularly.
As seen in the chart, more than half of 15 to 24 years age group were persistently doing exercises as we move towards age groups 25 to 44 the percentage reduced nearly 14% whereas it increased by 4 % for the age group 45 to 64.
On the contrary, percentage of women activism increased with increase in age except for the age group 65 and above, 15 to 24 age group with 47.7% which rose to a small percentage for 25 to 34 age group and several percentages to age group between 35 to 54 and there was unnoticeable decreased in the percentage and finally men and women of age group 65 and above got almost equal percentage.
