The bar illustrates the number of male and female people at different ages who did exercise on a regular basis in Australia in 2010.
Overall, as can be seen, women from 25 and older tended to do more regular physical activity than men did. By contrast, younger boys had more physical experience than girls.
From 15 to 24 age group, over half boys took part in physical activity exceeding the number of girls at 52,8 and 47,7 %. When it came to the age group from 25 to 44, female people tended to pay more attention to physical exercise over 52% in comparison with the male numbers just approximately 39,5%.
A higher percentage of males keened on exercise compared with the figure at the previous group hovering around 44%, while the figure for females was standstill at over 53%. The number of men and women at the oldest group were the same around 46-47%.
