Overall, women exercised more than men. Especially for men aged 15 to 24 and women aged 45 to 54 accounted for the highest percentage of the total people who did regular exercise.
In 2010, over 50% of women aged 35 to 64 exercised regularly while the men in the same group were lower, ranging from 39.5 % to 45.1%. And at 15 to 24 men group was the highest percentage in total age men exercised.
48.9% of women at the age of 25 to 34 exercised regularly, while in the same age group men were only 42.2%. Men and women aged 65 or older who did regular physical activity accounted for a similar percentage at around 47%.
