The bar chart compares between men and women in terms of reasons for making a trip.
It is clear that both men and women mostly travel for working and the mileages for day trip were lowest.
Men travel for working, learning other cultures and day trip more than women. Looking into the details, Men travel averagely 30000 miles for working as opposed to 25000 miles in women. The gap was narrowed in other categories with men traveling total 15000 miles to learn other cultures, compared with 12000 miles in the opposite gender. Additionally, the figures for day trips in men and women are 10000 miles and 8000 miles respectively.
Men are dominated by women in the other categories. It is noticeable that the mileage women go for shopping is 25000 and that in men is 23000. Besides, the figure for women traveling to visit family and friends is 25000 miles, followed by 21000 of men. Finally, There is a slight difference in the mileage for scenery, with 28000 in women and 26000 in men.
