Overall, except Denmark in other countries, it can be seen that in 1981 the marrige rate was more than in 1994, while the number of divorce in 1994 mort than in 1981.
USA has the biggest number of marriage in 1981 and 1994 (over 10 per thousand people and under 8 per thousand people repectively). In Europe countries, it was around 6 per thousand people marrige in both years but except Denmark, the trend was downward. In Japan, the rate was similar in two periods (over 6 per thousand people).
There were a fall in number of divorce in USA and Denmark but the rate in USA was more than Denmark (in USA, it was over 5 per thousand people in 1981 and under 3 per thousand people in 1994 and in Denmark, it was under 3 per thousand people in both years). In UK and Finland, the trend of divorce was obviously upward (around 3 per thousand people). There was similar the rate of divorce in Japan, Germany and Frence in both periods. Italy has the least rate of divorce in countries (under 500 per people in two years).
