The bar chart illustrates the proportion achieved second class degrees or better of both overseas students and local students in the UK's academic institutions.
Overall, the number of college students fluctuated throughout almost subjects by both student sectors, international students and UK students. In addition, overseas students who attained degrees were higher in electrical engineering and information technology while UK students were relatively good at the rest of the subjects.
The proportion of both types of student who graduated with second class degrees or master were similar in Nursing and Accountancy with nearly third quarters and 60% respectively. local students of the United Kingdom were a higher percentage of gaining degrees in Society-related subjects. Art History was as many as Sociology at 80%. Likewise, English Literature and International Law were just slightly above 75%.
In contrast, second degrees or better were a lower proportion of British students. overseas students were better with 80% of electrical engineering compare with 62% of UK students. information technology was highlight by international students with the largest percentage according the whole chart at 83 % while British students just gained 58%.
