The bar graphs illustrates the quantity of sales of four different digital games in billion dollars from 2000 to 2006.

Overall, mobile phone games and handheld games had shown a steady rise in their sales whereas the sale of console games had been considerably decreased. Online games sold in a fluctuating order through out the time period.

The sale of handheld games was almost 12 billion in 2000 which is the highest among its counterparts. It maintained the top position in all years and reached the highest point of nearly 18 billion in 2006. Mobile phone games began its sales only in 2002 and recorded a little above 0 billion but it rose gradually and reached almost 7 billion in 2006 being the third most sold digital game.

Similarly, online games were nil in 2000 and marked its entry only in 2001 with minimal sales. Later on, it had a uniform rise and out traced console games and mobile phone games selling for around 10 billion in 2006, ranking second. The only game which is showing a descending trend is the console game. Though it started off fairly well with sales of almost 6 billion, it ended up with the least revenue of about 2 billion in 2006
