The charts provide information on the rates of three common supplements (sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar) consumed in meals throughout the day in United States. Too much consumption of these unhealthy nutrients might result in future health risks.

Overall, It is apparent from the charts that sodium and saturated fat play a significant role at dinner, while snack hold the largest percentages of added sugar.

In a day, the most amount of sodium is consumed during dinner at 43%, followed closely with lunch with a difference of 15%. Furthermore, the remaining amount is divided between snacks and breakfast, with each containing 14%. The same thing applies to saturated fat as the highest percentages are found at dinner and the least at breakfast.

Although a similar thing can not be said for added sugar. Turns out, the main meal contributing to this supplement in USA is actually snacks at 43%, which is around half of that is found during dinner (23%). Moreover, lunch contains the least amount of added sugar at 16%
