It is clear that local_fix line overtook the other two every year. The national and international- fix line and mobiles had risen during the years 1995-2002.
the local- fix line used for 70 billions minutes in year 1995 and grew up to 90 billions minutes till year 1998 and it was stable for two years. the mobiles and national and international- fix line had increase progress from 5 billions minutes and 38 billions minutes to 12 billions and 50 billions from year 1995 till year 19999, respectively.
The local- fix line had decrease from 90 billions to 70 billions during years 19999-2002, while other two groups had increase. The mobile and national and international- fix line grew up to 45 billions and 62 billions minutes till the year 2002, respectively. But the local- fix line was the head anyway over whole period.
