It can be seen from the graph that in 1970, the birth rate was the highest at 1. 2 million, whereas the death rate was exactly 1 million in this country. In contrast, the death rate( 1.3 million) was slightly higher than that of birth rate( 1. 2 million) in 1980. At the same time, the figure for birth rate was a moderate 1. 8 million, as opposed to to merely 1. 6 million by 1990. However, the number of deaths nearly a half in 2000 that of birth rate. Similarly, the figure for birth rate in Switzerland had the largest a massive at 3 million, as against only one million of deaths in 2010.
Projections upto 2020 indicates that the birth rate is estimated to improve and it will reach 3. 3 million, but the number of deaths will touch well under 1 million in the same country.
Overall, it is clear that Switzerland's birth rate is likely to increasing, while the death rate is decreasing within the given period.
