The chart below gives information on the percentage of British people giving money to charity by age range for the years 1990 and 2010.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The given bar chart illustrates the statistics on the proportion of British citizens funding for voluntary activity by five demographics in 1990 and 2010.
Generally speaking, the number of people younger than 50 involved in monetary volunteering in 1990 is less than that in 2010, while more people elder than 50 did charity funding in 2010 than in 1990.
To begin with, the demographics of young adults (from 18 to 25 years old) saw a dramatic decline of about three times in the 20 years, from about 17% to 7%. This is also the group having the lowest number of people involved in monetary charity. Moving to the age group of 26 to 35, there was a slight decrease of 7% in the number of citizens taking part in funding volunteering. The demographics of 36 to 50 giving money to charity showed the same pattern when reducing from about 42% in 1990 to sharply 35% in 2010.
The group of people from 51 to 65 years old had a tendency to engage more in charity funding because there was a slight rise of 4%. The demographics of more than 65 years old observed the same trend by increasing by about 3% from 32% to 35% in 1990 and 2010 respectively.
