The chart below gives on the percentage of British people giving money to charity by age range for the years 1990 and 2010.

The bar chart compares the percentage of British people donate their money to poor people by different ages in 1990 and 2010 years.

It is clear that by 36-50 ages majority of people gives money to charity in 1990, but by 51-65 ages more people donated their money to poor people in 2010 than others. By 51-65 and >65 ages people generosity significantly increased in 1990 and 2010 years.

According to the bar chart, by 36-50 ages generosity of people dramatically decreased from about 42% in 1990 to 35% in 2010. Over the following ages by 51-65 growth around 39% in 2010, whereas by 18-25 ages rapidly dropped from approximately 17% to about 7%. By >65 in 1990, with just under 35% and rise in 2010, with 35%.

By 26-35 ages people in Britain donate their money to poor people steadly declined in 1990, with just over 30% and in 2010 was just under 25%. Overall, the figures show that by 36-50 and 51-65 ages British people gives money to charity more than other ages.
