The chart below shows the average daily minimum and maximum levels of two air pollutants in four big cities in 2000.

The presented graph outlines the average lowest and the highest level of two air pollutants in four major cities in 2000. The spectacular feature of the chart is an availability of excessive pollution in Mexico.

As can be observed from the chart, the prevalence of Sulphur dioxide in an environment in Los Angeles hit a trough in minimum level while it upsurged to level of 40 in a day. However, the Dinitrous oxide was present in the environment comparatively fourfolds. Moreover, in Calcutta, there was not much difference in the maximum and minimum levels of pollution which was 12% and 22% in case of SO2 and N2O respectively.

Moving further, levels of SO2 and N2O in the air was just 25% and 14% while the former became fivefold of a minimum level. It is surprising to note that, the amount of pollutant in the Mexico was at its highest even at a minimum level which was 80 and 113 for SO2 and N2O respectively.

Overall, the burgeoning rate of Sulphur dioxide was very speedy as contrasted to the other kinds of pollutants.
