Similarly, saturated fat is contained maximum in the dinner, least in the breakfast and in moderate amount in the snack and lunch.
Conversely, added sugar is not consumed in greatest quantity in the dinner, but, it is consumed more in the snacks than any other meals. Least amount of sugar is consumed in breakfast. During the lunch, sugar consumption is slightly more than that during breakfast.
