The chart below shows the changes that took place in three different areas of crime in New Port city center from 2003-2012.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The line graph below illustrates the data about the remarkable changes reported in three different kinds of crime in the center of Newport city between 2003 and 2012. In general, rates of corruption in the inner city wildly fluctuated during this period.
It could be easily observed from the line chart that burglary's case significantly increased and peaked at about 3700 in 2004. After that, there was a dramatic crop in this kind of crime, bottomed out at roughly 1200 incidents in 2008. From this year onwards, the figures tended to rise to approximately 1400 cases in 2012. About car theft, in the first period, 2003-2006, the rates considerably decreased to just over 2000 cases. From 2006 to the last year 2012, the inner witnessed the recovery of this crime, to the number equal to that of 2003.
In comparison with the data of the two types of crime mentioned above, that of robbery( theft from the person) was noticeably lower. It accounted for a small proportion and the number in 2003 in the first year, 2003 is equal to that of the last year, 2012 in the chart
