The bar graph reveals information on the amount of money spent on five selected consumer goods (Cars, Computers, Books, Perfume and Cameras) in France and the UK in the year 2010. Units are measured in thousands of pounds sterling.
From an overall perspective, there was a significant difference in the two countries spent on cameras. Actually, the figure given for people both two countries spent on cars appeared to be the largest one among the five selected groups, with over £400 thousand in France and £450 thousand in UK. Nevertheless, the number of perfume was found to be the lowest one, with under £200 thousand.
Surprisingly, the figure given for the UK was significantly higher than that of France in the majority of consumer goods, excepting for computersand perfumer. The figure given for computer people in France spent about £370 thousand and people in UK spent 350 thousand. Similarly, the number of perfume in France was found to be £200 thousand being significantly over higher than that in the UK £145
It is interesting to note that the number of people spent on cameras in UK was great higher two times than that in France. Actually, these figures were found to be £350 thousand and £150 thousand, respectively. The UK expenditure on Book over £400 thousand, whereas people in France spent only £300 thousand
