The pie chart illustrates the amount of energy from six various sources such as natural gas, coal, hydrogen, nuclear, oil and other renewable energy in a country in 1985 and 2003. units are measured in percentage.

Overall, the overwhelming majority of energy generates from oil in both years.

In 1985, most of the energy comes from oil resources with 52% and which reduced to 39% in 2003. While natural gas account for 13% in 1985 which increased to 23 % in 2003. However, in terms of nuclear resources decreased to 17% in 2003 compared to 22% in 1985.

Regarding coal and other renewable resources comprise of 8% and 1% in 1985 and 13% and 4% in 2003 respectively. Whereas, hydrogen energy remained stable in both years with 4%.
