In the first year, 1998 household in rented accommodation was 78 percentage which was higher thqn the other years as well as owned accommodation while 23 percentage. People have their own house. 1939 and 1953 percentage of owned and rented which was 32 percentage and 69 percentage in both year percentage were equal. In 1971, it was noticeable that percentage of both accommodation was average 50 percentage. After 1971 convenience of household owning was increased while rented persons ratio was decreased. Convenience of house owners wele level off in 1991 to 2001 which was 79 percentage. In the same year rented persons ratio was 32 percentage. In 2011, it was fall by 75 percentage in owned household while it was risen by 38 percentage in rented household.
In a nutshell, it is crystal clear that before 1971 mostly people live as a rented person. In 1971 percentage of rented and owned both were same. After 1971 convenience of owned household were increased.
