The chart below shows the percentage of male and female teachers in six different types of educational setting in the UK in 2010.

The given Vertical graph depicts the volume of men and women educated in distinct kind of educational institutions in UK over the given period.

The most striking feature to be observed is that enormous proportion of female tutors could be seen at school level whereas more male educators were engaged in higher educational institutions.

It can be vividly seen that for male teachers, University led with approximately 95% , whereas private training institute, college and secondary school occupied second, third and fourth position with about 55, 50 and 45% orderly. Moreover, nursery /pre school were accounted for 5 and 10% respectively. For women educators, nursery/ pre school had highest around 95% followed by primary school, secondary school, college and private institutions with 80, 55 and 50% orderly.

Turning to rest of description, University stood at lowest position with nearly 25% . As far comparisons are concerned, the proportion of female tutors was 17 times more as compared to nursery/ preschool. Furthermore, in university the volume of men teachers put the women educator's at back seat.
