The graphs above representate the cost of various bread in the one of the european countries in the last five years exactly from 2001 to 2006. It is measured in euro per 800 grams.
Overall, white bread rose dramatically in every year for five years while there were no significantly up and down in rye. The other type had erractic ups and down.
According to the data, in 2001 to 2003, the highly cost was brown bread, increased around 1 euros to 1,6 euros per 800 grams equally white rose about 0,5 euros to 1,1 euros per 800 grams in two years. Instead, wholegrain reached high increasing approximately 1 euros in the first year but dropped sharply, definitely 0,2 euros with details from 0,8 euros in the beginning to 1 euros in the second years. However, Rye remained constant at 0,6 euros per 800 grams because it dropped slightly 0,1 in the first year and rose at the same amount in the second years.
Then in 2003 to 2005, the price increased not only in white bread but also in rye, sequentially around 0,2 and 0,1 euros in the last two years. Inverse, the cost decreased in wholegrain approximately 0,2 euros, it was from 1 euros to 0,8 euros per 800 grams of wholegrain. Even so, there was no rise in brown from 2003 to 2005, the cost stood at 1,6 euros per grams of brown.
