In general, while the local-fixed line experience a wide oscillate, the national and international-fixed line, along with the mobile phone, gradually shoot up in a similar period of time

To be specific, the local phone call was unpredictable. Introducing at nearly 70 billion minutes in 1995, the time people using local-fixed line dramatically rocketed by roughly 20 and reach a record high of 90 billion in the year 1999. However, it followed by a sudden decline in the subsequent year and sank to hit low, which exactly on par with its starting point

On the other hand, a telephone call on the national and international scale or using the mobile receivers witnessed a steady soar over the year. Regarding the domestic and global line, it climbed from above 40 to 60 million minutes in 2001, before hit a peak of over 60 million in the following year. And when it comes to the mobile phone, although there were approximately 5 billion minutes in the opening year of the research and increase quite slowly in the first 3 years, before enjoying a boom during 4 final years
