To be more specific, local fixed-line call started at 70 billion minutes in 1995 with the steady increase it reached to the peak of 90 million in 1999 before it dropped to its initial figure in 2002. Additionally, as for other types of the phone call, national and international fixed line gradually rose from about 35 million to 60 billion in 1995 to 2002. On the other hand, the mobiles began at lower than 10 billion in 1995 and it doubled in 1999. After that, it dramatically grew to about 40 million in 2002.
