The chart below shows the value of one's country exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentages change in each categories of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.
The provided bar graph below illustrates the export earnings made by a typical country in multifarious categories in the year 2015 and 2016 in billions of dollar. A table is also provided which shows the change in percentages among these categories of exports in 2016 with respect to 2015.
Overall, of all five categories, it is conspicuous that decrease in exports are only for gems and jewellery. Whereas, all other four shows an increment in exports.
Major jump in export earning was made by Textiles export which was around 15.24%, ranging from about 24 billion in 2015 and 32 billion in 2016 according to the graph. Second major jump in export earnings was made by Engineering goods, with an increment of 8% from the year 2015 to 2016. Agricultural products showed a least increment of around 0.8% only.
In 2016, Petroleum and its products showed a little increment in export earnings from about 61 billion to about 64 billion, which concludes to percentage change of 3%. In contrast to all four categories, Gems and Jewellery had showed some decrement in export business, it was around 45 billion in 2015 which was decreased to around 41 billion in 2016, thus showing a 5.18% decrement.
