The chart shows components of GDP in the UK from 1992 to 2000.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart illustrates that the GDP of both IT and service industries of the UK between 1992 and 2000. Overall, both of the industries had increased during the periods, except IT industry in 1996. As well as IT always had higher rate than the other.

IT accounted for slightly higher rate than 6% while Service had exact rate of 4% in 1992. However, IT exceeded over 8% two years later but declined little below than 8% in 1996. In the same periods, Service occupied roughly 6.5% and increased up to approximately 7% in 1994 and 1996, respectively.

More than 4% differences started to appear over the following years. In 1998, IT reached up to 12 per cent but service increased by 0.9% only, which was lower than 8%, 7.9%. The biggest gap was demonstrated in 2000, which the IT accounted for about 15% and Service did only little higher than 8%.

Consequently, IT industry had shown great growth with slight decline in 1996 but accelerated much more after, while service industry had constant rising by very little rate.
