The bar chart compare the quantity of cell phones and landlines per 100 individuals in seven different countries.
Overall, it is clear that Canada, US, and Denmark have the higher number of mobile phone than landlines, while the figures for other countries are completely opposite.
Among 100 people, over 60% of them in Canada have mobile phone, while the figure for landlines is just below 40%. Following closely by this, in the US, the quantity of cell phones and landlines are slighly higher than in Canada. It is notable that Denmark is the country that has the rate of citizens using mobile phones and landlines nearly equal, in range of 80 to 90 people.
In Germany, the number of mobile phones and landlines per 100 people are 70 and 60, respectively. People in the UK and Sweden using the these two types of communication have almost the same data, around 85 of those using mobile phones and 60 of those using landlines each. The figure of phones in Italy among 100 people is the highest, at 90, which is 2 times higher than the figure for landlines.
