Overall, it is clear that dinner and snacks are unhealthy meals while breakfast is less than.
Looking at the first and second charts, the amount of sodium and saturated fat in dinner are highest, at 43% and 37% respectively. The percentages of sodium and saturated fat in lunch have less than dinner, at 29% and 26% respectively. In the end, snacks and breakfast are the lowest proportion with 14%, in saturated fat is 21% of snack and 16% of breakfast.
