Dinner accounts for the highest proportion of Sodium and saturated fat by 43 percent and 37 percent respectively. This meal has the second highest percentage of added sugar by 23 percent. The largest amount of added sugar exists in snacks by 42 percent.

By contrast, breakfast accounts for the least percentage of Sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar by 14 percent, 16 percent, and 16 percent respectively. The second highest proportion of Sodium is in lunch by 29 percent. Lunch has the second least percentage of added sugar by 19 percent.
