Overall, both sodium and saturated fat takes up the largest amount in dinner, whereas extra sugar is mostly consumed in snack meal.
Regarding the pictures, the highest proportion of salt substance is used during dinner, taking up 43%, followed by 29% at lunch. Its quantitive in breakfast and snacks share the same percentage, with 14% each.
Similar to sodium, the distribution of saturated fat in typical meals is in the same order, with 37% of fatty food used in dinner, the next is lunch, snack, and breakfast with the proportion is 26%, 21%, and 16% respectively.
