In lunches, citizens consume sodium the most, which the figure makes up 29% and followed by saturated fats and added sugar at 26% and 19% respectively.
In contrast, the figure of sodium in the dinners accounted for 43%, which is the highest. The proportion of added sugar is 23% lower than the figure for saturated fats, at 37%.
