The graphs show attention rates, which belong to developing countries and industrialised countries, about education and science in 1980 and 1990.
If we look carefully, in 1980, average schooling year was 2 years in developing countries while it was 8 years in industrialised countries. For 1990, people went to school for 10 years in ındustrialised countries as 3 times than developing countries’ people which had 3 years. To continue with, scientists and technicians were 10 and 40 people per 1000 people in 1980 in developing and industrialised countries respectively whereas they followed the 1980 by 20 and 70 people per 1000 people. In other side, in comparison, spending money for research & development was less 100 dollars than industrialised countries, which spent 150 dollars, in developing countries by 50 dollars in 1980. For 1990, industrialised countries spent much more money for it by 350 while developing countries spent almost 25 dollars.
To sum up, schooling processes, number of scientist and technician had been increasing in ındustrialised countries more than developing countries. Surprisingly, spending money for R&D had been decreasing for 10 years in developing countries rather than industrialised countries which had increase.
