The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they received from employers.

The bar charts describe the main reasons for study among the students at different ages and how much they could gain from their employers. Overall, it is clear that when people grew older, they were more willing to study for interest rather than for career. Besides, the age group under 26 could get the most support from companies, while that of 30 to 39 the least support.
Starting with the first chart, at under 26, people studying for career were far more than those studying for interest, 80% and 10% respectively. When people became older, this difference narrowed, and when they were in their forties, the number for career was equal to that for interest, at 40% each. At over 49, there was an opposite gap, because there more people for interest(70%) than people for career(20%).

Turning now to the second chart, the amount of support that people under 26 could gain was the largest, at 62%. When people were older, it declined, and when they were in their thirties, it was the smallest, at 30%. Afterwards, however, it reflected a slight increase with age.
