The pie charts compare the percentages of British students at a certain university in England that provides education for some foreign languages in 2000 and 2010.
Spanish was the most spoken language with 30 % in 2000 while the following big proportion belonged to no other language group with 20 %. After 10 years, Spanish continued to have the biggest value with increased to 35 %. In contrast, the proportion of people who could not speak any other language had increased by half.
The percentages of speaking French only and another language was the same (15 %) while a group of German only and two other languages less 5 % than them in 2000. In the same way, the rate of people who had spoken two other languages and another language raised more 5 %. On the contrary, speaking French only people increased in the same value while the population of German only remained the same in 2010.
To sum up, the most crowded population stayed identical with a decade meanwhile, the other small groups showed some slight changes.
