The charts below show qualification of graduates working in one advertising company in the year 1990 and 2010
The pie charts illustrate the percentage of people graduating in six different types pff degrees in an advertising firm in two years, namely 1990 and 2010.
In general, there were noticeable changes in the proportion of workers having Ph.D.- In art, Ph.D.- in Science, while a constant trend if we look at the figure for Master degree- Science. It is also clear that the figure for Master Art was the highest among six qualifications in 1990; however, that for First degree- Art was larger than for any other in 2010.
At the beginning of the period, 27% of employees in the company had a Master degree Art, compared to only 18% First degree Art and 8% Ph.D. -Art. Over the following 20 years, this company saw the proportion of workers having Master degree Art decrease sharply, to 12%. In addition, the percentage of employees having PhD Art dropped to 7%; however, the figure for First degree Art increased to a peak of 27%.
In 1990, workers with Master degree Science accounted for 20% of the total people in the company, while the figure fir First degree Science and PhD Science were lower, at 18% and 9% respectively. After 20 years, the proportion of workers having Master degree Science did not change significantly, remaining at 20%. Furthermore, the percentage of employees having First degree Science rose to 24%, and the figure for PhD Science increased to 12 %
