At the first glance, it is clear that the main reasons why people cycling to work is health and fitness and less pollution. Meanwhile, comfort is the main explain of drivers.
In term of using bicycles to work, 30% of cyclists prefer it because of health and fitness purposes, which is same with less pollution reason. Besides, no parking problems takes up 15%, followed by the no costs and faster than driving matter, at 13% and 12% respectively.
On the other hand, there are 40% of car users choosing the car due to comfort, while the figure for distance to work reason is just about one fifth. In addition, faster than cycling and in need of carrying things reason told by car drivers share the same figure, at 14%. The least drivers use car to work by dint of safer than cycling, at over a tenth.
