The two pie charts provide information about the results of a questionnaire conducted to get feedback from the visitors of Parkway Hotel in the years 2005 and 2010.
Overall, there were six levels of the visitors would provide their satisfactory rate on customer service. Among the six, the highest percentage of people rated the hotel to be satisfactory in 2005, However, the hotel gained a good reputation in 2010 and its customer service reached a level of Good.
For 2005, the highest percentage of people were satisfied with the hotel's customer service.
On the contrary, 15% of we felt the service was lacking and gave rated it to be very poor. Meanwhile, 21% did not enjoy the service and gave a poor remark and 14% people gave it as good. Only 5% felt had an excellent experience.
Looking at 2010, the hotel garnered 28% excellent reviews consequently the very poor ratings dropped only to 4%. Similarly, poor rating percentage plummeted to just 12%. Moreover,39% visitors gave a rating of good while the remaining 17% gave a satisfactory remark.
