The charts illustrate the ratings of 100 guests after interviewed by a questionnaire about Parkway Hotel's customer service in 2005 and 2010. Customer rating was noted as excellent, satisfactory, very poor, good, and poor.
Overall, From 2005 to 2010, Most of the customers' satisfaction was satisfactory and its below categories were reduced and increased good and excellent categories.
In 2005, Out of 50% of 100 guests' feedback, Almost around 45% of the guests were given feedback as they are satisfied with the hotel's customer service but only 5% of visitors were reported as excellent. Very poor and good categories were given by the approximately same percentage of customers, that was around 15% and 14% comparatively. Finally, the remaining 21% of customers had expressed their opine as poor.
Comparatively, In 2010, Parkway Hotel rating was increased to 28% in the excellent category but reduced to 17% in the satisfactory category. In comparison, Approximately 39% of visitors stated customer service as good while ratings as poor and very poor were reduced to 12% and 4% respectively.
