Overall, in the year 2005, 45% of people were saitisfied with the customer service whereas 39% of people were very happy with the same in 2010. In 2005, only 5% said the service was excellent in contrast to 28% in 2010.
In terms of poor ratings, in 2005, it was 15% but later in 2010, it has been reduced to 4%. Around 21% of people said, the service was very poor as opposed to 12% in 2010.
Earlier in 2005, 14% of the people have said, the service was good which was further increased to 39% in 2010. So, it is a sign that people are much satisfied now as compared to the previous year.
