The pie charts show how workers thought about their relationships with their supervisors and their co – workers through surveys conducted in 2005 and 2009.
Overall, people had a very good or good relationship with their supervisors or their co – workers between 2005 and 2009, especially these relationships was likely to become better during 4 years.
According to the chart, 2005 to 2009 saw a slightly rise in the number of people feeling very good with their supervisors, from 61% to 65%. The next higher percentage of people who said good about their relationships fell by 4% to 22% in 2009. There were not many people had negative opinions on their relationships and not many people not having a supervisor. Furthermore, everyone answered the surveys in 2009.
As well as the relationships with supervisors, there was a significantly increase in the number of people getting along well with their co – workers, when the percentage rose by 7%. The number of people said that their relationships was good nor fair decreased, while people not having co - workers increased. Fortunately, no one had poor relationships in 2009.
