The bar charts illustrate the number of Uk’s students who are graduates and postgraduates who did not choose to become full-time workers in 2008, including part-time workers, charity workers, further students and unemployed workers. Overall, the number of further students were significantly high, yet the figures for charity workers were sharply low.
A closer look at the bar charts reveal that in 2008, the number of further study reached a peak in both graduates and postgraduates, accounted for 29,665 students and 2.725 students respectively. Similarly, the figures for part-time employees ranked second in both charts, constituted 17,735 students and 2,535 students respectively.
However, turning to remaining students who were charity workers and unemployed employees was significantly low. The number of employees who worked in charity groups became the lowest figures in the two charts, constituted 3500 with graduates and 345 with postgraduates. Similarly, the figures for unemployed students ranked third, accounted for 16,235 with graduates and 1,625 with postgraduates.
