Primary school looks to be the less concerned one because it had changed from the quarter of the percentage (25.77%) to less than twentieth of the percentage (2.1%). High school qualification had fluctuated to settle down at just above the fifth (19.55).
With regard to the table, it looks like the average number of years spent at school numbered about 9 million in the early 2000s, and it stated to raise, stabilizing in 2010. Adult women had outnumbered about 8 million, and it started to up and down from 2000 to 2010 finishing at approximately 8.8million.
