The given graph illustrates average monthly temperatures and prepicitation in the urban of Kolkata.

It's obvious that the rainfall is high between June and October. However, rest of the year, the prepicitation is very low. On the other hand, the temperature does not change much during a year.

First, it can be seen that the city of Kolkata is divided to two seasons, one has a huge amount of rain, which from June to October, and one has low rainfall, from November to May the next year. Rainfall reaches the peak at July for 300 milimeters of precipitation, but hit the lowest point for only 10mm in december. Next, in temperature, it reach the bottom in January, then rapidly increase to 30 degree in May. In few next years, the temperature has a slightly decrease, but is unchanged for 3 months before a gradually decline in the last 2 months
