The consumption of fish and some different kinds of meat
The line graph compares the amount of four different types of food made from meat and fish was consumed by an average person weekly.
Overall, it is clear that three kinds of food, including fish, beef and lamb tended to decrease while the Chicken consumption saw steady growth over the periods.
In detail, in 1979, beef use was eaten most among the given foods, standing at 220 grams, followed that are lamb, chicken and Lamb, which accounted for 150, 140, 60 grams, respectively. However, in the following years, there was a dramatic rise in the Chicken section, which accounted for around 250 grams in 2004, despite fluctuations.
On the other hand, although the Beef consumption stayed the highest rank in the first period, its figure experienced a rapid decline trend, which fell to over 110 grams by the year 2004, nearly doubled to the Lamp at the same time. In the remaining section, the figure for fish stayed at least in food consumption, which almost remained at around 50 grams over the years before going down to 40 grams in 2004.
