The process charts show the steps, which involve in how to produce, new glass and recycled the used one.
Overall, it can be seen that, there are many stages in this process, each and every step has its own importance. Moreover, if any stage is break it stops the whole process.
After minute concentration on this chart, it is crystal clear that for making the glass, firstly, all the elements are mixed such as: sand, soda ash, limestone and other chemicals. Then, it is sent to the melting the furnace is approx 1500 degree celsius. Afterthat, for giving the shape to glass it is moved in the glass bowling and finally, glass containers are obtained.
On the other hand, for recycling, the used glass is collected and it is directed to the sorting, while, according to this glass is differentiated. Furthermore, for removing the impurities of glass it is sent to washing area, meanwhile, before reaching the last stage with the help of crusher glass is crushed into nano particles and melted. Afterthat, it is moulded into new products.
