The diagram illustrates the stages involved in manufacturing of coffee.
Overall, 11 step has to be followed for making coffee. It starts with harvesting the coffee beans and ends with packaging ready to use coffee in a jar.
In the first step, farmers pick up the beans from coffee plantation. Following which, this hand picked beans are dried under the sun on large field before roasting it with constant application of heat from the bottom of a chamber. Next, Rapid cooling of roasted beans occur. Then the cooled roasted beans are grounded and mixed with hot water in a container in the following stage. Further, training of mixture produced in previous step is done to separate the solids from liquid.
After the liquid has been separated, the mixture is frozen in the subsequent step. This frozen liquid is then grounded and dried in a vacuum so that the excess water within it evaporates. Finally, this product is packed into glass jars and labelled with appropriate information about the coffee.
