Overall, in order to supply coffee in the pattern of jar, this process prolong through 10 steps from picking the coffee beans at the beginning to packaging them into smaller parts.
To begin with, farmers will harvest a large amount of coffee beans on their farms, then drying raw coffee beans before they are roasted. In addition, prior to grinding period, coffee beans are rapidly cooled to avoid numerous impacts of the environment.
On the fifth step, from raw materials, after grinding into coffee powder, they are mixed with hot water for a time and then being distributed into 2 categories including water and coffee via straining period. After that, this mixture experienced freezing process to become frozen liquid before being grinded again on the 8th step. At the end of whole production process, the coffee frozen liquid are dried in a vacuum to extract water vapor before packaging into jars puts an end to this total coffee process to ready sale in supermarkets and shops.
