At the first stage of producing electiricity is energetic absorbtion from when the sun rises in the middle of the day and it reached at peak, gathers into solar panels which takes it into DC current. Then, DC current is converted into AC current using inverter, which is regulating and producing electricity needed. After that, Electrical panel plays a role of distributer providing that how much we required electricity at our home. If there is an excessive amount of solar electrity, it would noticed with utility meter and flown back to the grid through the same way. Last stage is, if we needed more electricity which exceed an amount how much solar panels have produced to us, the utility grid will provide additional electricity where we demand that.
