From the diagram, we can see that clay should through six steps to become bricks and then these bricks will be delivered to building site or storage.
In the first step, the digger dig the clay which is the raw material for bricks. Then the lumps of clay are placed on a metal grid so that the big one can be broken up into smaller one. And these material fall on a roller which will aid sand and water when going into the next step. The mixture has two method to shape, one is through wire cutter and become cuboid, the other way is shaped by mould.
Then these fresh bricks will be placed in a drying oven and they stay there for 24 to 48 hours to dry. After be dried out, the bricks will then transferred to a workplace where the temperature increase into 200 to 980 degree to moderate. And then the temperature raise higher to 870 to 1300 degree. This process call kiln. And then the bricks will be cooled for 48 to 72 hours in a cooling chamber. And finally they are packaged by workers and deliver to other places.
