The given diagram, depicted the electricity produced by using system known as Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion.

It can be clearly seen, the temperature of sea water is 29C in upper layer and in lower layer 5C. Main source of generating electricity is Solar energy. By using solar energy the seawater will get warm and it will transform in to water vapour. However, saltless water will go to the turbine and it will generate electricity and waste salt will be get separated. Nevertheless, it can be observed that water vapour is moving to condensing chamber along with it will also get filter. Moving towards, it can be noticed that condensing chamber is surrounded by cold sea water in company with sodium chloride so condensing chamber will convert water vapor into drinkable water.

To cap it all, it can be vividly seen that using of solar energy sea water can be easily evaporated and electricity can be generated. Along with, it is also seen that in condensing chamber it will easily get cold and transform in to drinkable water.
