Overall, there are a total of five main steps in the whole process of manufacturing carbonated water, beginning with the cleaning water and ending with packaging.
Processing raw water is the first step and the most complicated step. First of all, the initial water is cleaned with a filter. Moving to a water softener, filtered water is softened with chemicals before being pumped to an electric heating. That is the second step, in which the cooling water occurs. Finally, carbon dioxide is added to dissolve in heated water.
In the third step, the carbonated water is transferred to a mixing tank in order to combine with colouring, syrup and flavour. Consequently, the water is filtered the second time prior to being poured into bottles and cans. In the step five, the final products are packaged and delivered to the consumers
