The process diagram illustrates the production of a fish pie and the ingredients of a fish pie.
To begin with, there are four ingredients contained in a fish pie, with peas, fish, sauce, and potato inside of the microwaveable container. In the initial stage, a one-month supply of potatoes is delivered, and these potatoes need to be cleaned, peeled and sliced. After this stage, they will continue to be boiled, chilled, and store for later use. In the following stage, fresh salmon is delivered to the manufacturer and should be prepared within 12 hours. Lemon juice and salt will be put on the top of salmon and this stage following by cooking salmon in the steam oven.
In the next stage, cooked salmon will be skinned and deboned. The skin and bones will be disposed, and the salmon will be inspected. At the final stage, prepared peas, sauce, potato, and processed salmon will be wrapped and put into the container for freezing and storing until being dispatched.
Overall, there are four stages in this systematic process and four ingredients will be added to a fish pie.
